1. Digital Service Notice

Our service is a digital streaming product. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, once a digital service has been accessed or used, the standard 14-day cooling-off period may not apply. By activating your subscription, you acknowledge this and consent to immediate service delivery.

2. Free Trial

Before purchasing a subscription, we encourage all new customers to use our free 24-hour trial:

  • No credit card required
  • Full access to all channels and VOD content
  • No obligation to purchase after the trial ends
  • One free trial per household

We recommend using the free trial to verify compatibility with your device and internet connection before committing to a paid subscription.

3. Eligibility for a Refund

Refund requests will be considered in the following circumstances:

  • The service was not activated within 24 hours of payment
  • You experience a persistent technical issue that our support team is unable to resolve
  • You were charged more than once for the same subscription period
  • The service is materially different from what was described at the time of purchase

⚠️ Refunds will not be issued where the service has been accessed or used, where issues are caused by your device, internet connection, or third-party applications, or where the request falls outside the 48-hour window.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to issue refunds in the following cases:

  • The service has been activated and used, even partially
  • You change your mind after purchase
  • Your device or internet connection is incompatible with the service
  • You forgot to cancel before a manual renewal
  • Disruption caused by third-party apps (e.g. IPTV players, VPNs)
  • Account termination due to a breach of our Terms of Service
  • Requests submitted more than 48 hours after the date of purchase

5. How to Request a Refund

  • We aim to provide a resolution within 3–5 business days
  • If approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 3–10 business days)

7. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund or a service credit at our discretion — for example, if a technical issue affected only part of your subscription period and has since been resolved. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

8. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in immediate account suspension and may affect your ability to use our service in the future. We are committed to resolving all genuine issues directly and promptly.

9. Subscription Cancellation

Our subscriptions are one-time payments with no automatic renewals. Your access will continue until the end of your paid subscription period. There is no need to cancel to avoid being charged again — you will simply not be renewed unless you make a new purchase.
